Cracked screen? What’s actually broken
The front glass on your cell phone or tablet includes three layers: glass on top, the touch sensors in the middle, and the OLED underneath. What cracked decides what we replace, and what your cracked screen repair costs. It pays to fix a cracked screen early: a spider crack left alone lets pressure and moisture reach the layers that are still healthy.
In many cases only the top glass layer is affected — the touch sensors and OLED underneath are fine. This is why the phone is still functional.
The fix: We separate the layers with a special machine and replace just the top glass — a more cost effective repair than replacing the whole screen.
The OLED display layer under the glass has been damaged, not just the surface.
The fix: The display panel is replaced and tested across brightness levels before you get the phone back.
The middle layer — where the touch sensors happen — has failed, even though the glass looks intact.
The fix: We diagnose the digitizer layer first, free, and replace only what is actually broken.

Back glass and camera glass
Cracked back glass or a chipped camera lens cover is a different repair from the front screen — and usually a cheaper one. Back glass replacement is available across brands, and camera glass can typically be replaced without touching the display at all.
